For the price to stay fixed, some things sit outside the product. They can be built — as separate work.

Frequently asked questions
- Why is there a 12-month minimum?
- The setup fee does not cover the full work of building the site. The first year of service does. That is why the two belong together.
- Can guests order directly on the site?
- Not in Takeaway Start. The site links through to the ordering system you already use. Ordering on the site itself needs a larger solution, which we quote separately.
- What counts as a change?
- New prices, a dish in or out, changed opening hours, swapping a photo. Up to 30 minutes per month is included. Unused time does not carry over.
- How quickly do you reply?
- Normally within two working days.
- Is the domain included in the price?
- We set up your domain and point it correctly. The domain's own annual fee is paid separately unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- What if I want more than takeaway?
- Then Takeaway Start is not the right fit. Our regular packages start at 4,900 kr. excl. VAT and leave more room for content and features.
