Five phases from problem to launch

No black boxes. You always know which phase we're in, what's being delivered, and what we need from you. Click through the phases below.

  1. Phase 01

    Analysis

    Week 1

We get to grips with your business before we draw a single line. Who does the site need to convince? What should it get people to do? And how will we know afterwards whether it worked? Without those answers, you're just building something that looks nice.

    What we need from you
    • 30–60 min. for a conversation
    • Insight into your customers
    • Your business goals
    What you get
    • Summary of goals and target audience
    • Clear success criteria
    • Recommended scope
  2. Phase 02

    Structure

    Week 1–2

This is where we lay the skeleton: which pages there should be, what they should contain, and in what order the user encounters them. We work out order and logic in simple wireframes — it's far cheaper to move a box around now than to rework a finished page later.

    What we need from you
    • Feedback on the structure
    • Existing text and images
    • Content wishes
    What you get
    • Sitemap of all pages
    • Wireframes of key pages
    • Content plan
  3. Phase 03

    Design

    Week 2–4

Now the structure gets its expression: colours, typography, imagery and rhythm. We design as a system rather than as loose screens, so everything hangs together — and so new pages added later fit in without breaking the whole.

    What we need from you
    • Logo and any brand guidelines
    • One consolidated round of feedback
    • Approval of the direction
    What you get
    • Finished design system
    • Design of all pages
    • Clickable prototype
  4. Phase 04

    Development

    Week 4–7

The design becomes real code in Next.js and TypeScript. We build with a focus on speed, accessibility and clean structure — and you get an ongoing link so you can follow along as the site takes shape.

    What we need from you
    • Final content
    • Domain access
    • Ongoing minor feedback
    What you get
    • Fully built site
    • CMS you can manage yourself
    • Tested on all devices
  5. Phase 05

    Launch

    Week 7–8

We put the site live, check that everything works, and connect analytics so you can see what's actually happening. Afterwards you get a walkthrough so you can maintain the site yourself — and we're here if you'd rather we do it.

    What we need from you
    • Approval for go-live
    • An hour for handover
    What you get
    • Site live on your domain
    • Analytics and SEO set up
    • Training and documentation
Principles

How we keep the process on track

Business before pixels

We start with what the site needs to achieve. The aesthetics come afterwards — and are better for it.

One thing at a time

Each phase is completed before the next begins. That keeps the pace up and the surprises down.

You see it as we go

You get an ongoing link to the work in progress. No big reveals at the end.

Built to last

Clean code and a design system, so the site can grow with you instead of needing to be rebuilt.
