CortixWeb
Booking and integrations

When the website has to do more than inform

Booking, customer logins and integrations with systems you already use. This kind of work is priced after a technical assessment - the scope almost always depends on what exists at the other end.

Who it suits

Businesses where part of the operation can move from phone and paper onto the website.

  • Clinics and practitioners with appointments
  • Salons and studios
  • Businesses with recurring customers
  • Businesses already using a CRM or booking system
  • Work that does not look like an ordinary website

What it solves

Fewer calls about the same thing

Appointments and standard questions can be handled without calling.

Data in one place

Enquiries and bookings land in the system you already work in.

Less double handling

Details do not have to be typed into two places by hand.

Self-service for the customer

A customer portal can give access to what they would otherwise have to ask for.

What can be included

Assembled to fit - almost none of it is off the shelf.

  • Booking and appointments
  • Advanced forms and flows
  • CRM integration
  • API integrations with existing systems
  • Customer portal with login
  • Bespoke web apps
  • Automatic confirmations and reminders

Example flow

A typical booking solution, as the customer experiences it.

  1. 01

    Choose a service

The customer picks what the visit is about.

  2. 02

    Choose a time

Available times come from the calendar, not from a static list.

  3. 03

    Confirmation

The customer gets a confirmation and the appointment lands in your calendar.

  4. 04

    Reminder

A message before the appointment reduces no-shows.

Price

from 25,000 kr. excl. VAT

This kind of work starts at the Custom solution level, but the price is only set after a technical assessment. POS and till systems, payment terminals, access systems and closed third-party systems need a separate assessment, because what is possible depends entirely on what the provider at the other end allows.

How it works

1. Mapping

We go through the systems and what they can actually exchange.

2. Technical assessment

We check whether and how the integration can be done.

3. Quote

You get a price for a concrete, bounded scope.

4. Build

We build and test against the real systems.

5. Live testing

We run the solution through with real data before it is used.

6. Handover

You are shown how it is used and maintained.

What can affect the price

Here the other end matters more than our own work.

  • Whether the system has an open, documented API
  • How many systems have to talk to each other
  • Whether data must sync both ways
  • Login and access requirements
  • How much of the logic is specific to your business
  • Whether the provider at the other end charges for access

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate with my till system?
Maybe - it depends entirely on whether the system offers an API and what it allows. We investigate before quoting.
Why can't you give a fixed price straight away?
Because the scope depends on a system we have not seen yet. A fixed price on an unknown basis would either be too expensive for you or impossible for us to honour.
Do you build the booking system from scratch?
Only if there is a reason to. If a solid system exists for the trade, integrating with it is usually cheaper and more stable.
What about personal data?
Solutions holding customer data are agreed specifically, including where data sits and who has access.

Got something that is not an ordinary website?

Describe briefly which systems are involved, and we will tell you whether it can be done.
